Promoted to partner in 2024, Callaghan advises international and domestic investors, entrepreneurs and family offices on the legal issues surrounding the acquisition and management of prime properties in the city and the country, rural estates, farms and development projects.
As well as facilitating transactions, Callaghan also provides valuable advice on land management and investing in natural capital, including biodiversity and regenerative woodland.
