Luke Callaghan heads up Taylor Wessing’s rural, landed estates and natural capital teams. 

Promoted to partner in 2024, Callaghan advises international and domestic investors, entrepreneurs and family offices on the legal issues surrounding the acquisition and management of prime properties in the city and the country, rural estates, farms and development projects.

As well as facilitating transactions, Callaghan also provides valuable advice on land management and investing in natural capital, including biodiversity and regenerative woodland. His expertise and discretion has earned Callaghan many returning clients, and he tells Spear’s: ‘We’re not known about. And that’s how clients like it.’
