Vaibhav Sharma is a managing director at Citi who leads the bank’s UK segment focused on servicing the South Asian diaspora. He joined the company as a senior private banker in 2010 and was promoted to his current position in 2020.

Prior to Citi, the Delhi-born banker has held senior roles at Standard Chartered Private Bank and ICICI. With close to two decades’ experience in financial services, Sharma has developed a specialism in looking after entrepreneurial clients and families. He told Spear’s he runs a significant book which is growing organically year on year.
