He has experience advising on both UK and international matters – in particular questions around tax, estate planning and succession matters. He frequently advises clients who are looking to relocate to or from the UK on their tax and estate planning.

As well as a busy non-contentious practice, he also works on disputes involving entities and structures (trusts, foundations, companies), succession and tax. In these cases, he seeks to take a pre-emptive approach, stress-testing clients’ wealth planning structures and affairs in order to reduce the risk of future litigation.
