Kiersten Lucas heads Stephenson Harwood’s Middle East employment team, based in Dubai, advising UHNWs across the spectrum of employment issues, from restrictive covenants to whistleblowing and other sensitive and complex matters.

Most of her clients are finance professionals working for PRA/FCA regulated banks, as well as HNWs. She has a particular specialism in advising on contentious, non-contentious and HR issues under the jurisdiction of UAE federal laws, the laws of specific UAE free zones, and under English law.

The partner trained at Langley & Co (later Archon and now merged with Kingsley Napley) before joining as a solicitor at Clifford Chance in 2000. She became an associate at Michael Simkins (now Simkins), and continued with the same role at Wragge & Co before joining Stephenson Harwood’s London offices as a senior associate in 2013.
