Jenny McKeown wears a number of hats at Stephenson Harwood where she heads the employment, pensions, private wealth, immigration, corporate tax and contentious trusts practice group. She is ‘widely recognised for her experience in complex, high-value trust disputes (both onshore and offshore)’, the firm says.

She acts for trustees, beneficiaries, corporates, financial services firms, financial institutions, insurers and private individuals, with specialisms ranging from advising on technical areas of rectification and construction of trust documentation to applications for disclosure of information and seeking to hold trustees to account.

McKeown has acted on disputes in a number of jurisdictions including England, Wales, the Channel Islands and Hong Kong.
