He has experience advising on both UK and international matters – in particular, questions around tax, estate planning and succession. He frequently advises clients who are looking to relocate to or from the UK on their tax and estate planning.

As well as a busy non-contentious practice, he also works on disputes involving entities and structures (trusts, foundations, companies), succession and tax. In these cases, he seeks to take a pre-emptive approach, stress-testing clients’ wealth planning structures and affairs in order to reduce the risk of future litigation.
