Sundeep Rathod moved to Edwin Coe in 2021, having established the immigration department at media specialists Simons Muirhead Burton.

He identifies two strands to his individual immigration work: a thriving media and entertainment practice, and business owners and entrepreneurs wanting to relocate to the UK.

His team assists with the requirements of investors coming to the UK, setting up British extensions of existing companies or entirely new businesses, and establishing a presence through innovator founder visas. His media clients include actors from Marvel films and highly successful writers, directors and producers.

In addition to the individuals using global talent rules to gain residency, Rathod assists with spousal relocation, complex nationality issues and EU settlement schemes.
