The property-buying arm of Savills, Prime Purchase has been providing its services across London and the countryside for more than 20 years, and claims to be one of the few buying agencies ‘that genuinely has full market coverage’. 

The experienced teams of buying agents prioritise discretion – more than 60 per cent of the properties bought on behalf of clients in 2025 were off-market – and provide an end-to-end service, from search to negotiation to the successful purchase or rental. 

The firm is also equipped to find farms, country estates and agricultural investments for buyers, offering due diligence, insight into valuations and ‘sound and sensible advice’.  

And while Prime Purchase operates independently from Savills, it benefits from the larger firm’s market research and analysis.
