Jan Atkinson is a senior partner at the award-winning, London-based Osbornes Law. As head of the firm’s private client practice, she specialises in advising clients with regard to wills, estates and trusts. 

With over 30 years of experience, Atkinson is a leading expert on high-value estate administrations and disputed probate and trust cases. Consequently, she is regularly appointed by the court as an independent administrator to help resolve complex and long-standing estate disputes. 

Atkinson is a member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. She also takes an active role in the Law Society’s private client section executive committee and regularly writes about inheritance issues.
