Mark Freedman
Spear’s Review
Mark Freedman joined Osbornes Law’s family department on qualification in 1994 and currently heads up the firm’s family law team.
A member of Resolution and a trained mediator, he specialises in high-profile and HNW divorces, as well as complex financial matters involving overseas assets and trusts. Freedman has acted for celebrities and HNWs before the Central Family Court and the High Court, achieving numerous wins. He has also run a number of cases in the Court of Appeal.
It is not just Freedman’s technical prowess that has attracted clients to his door, however. He tells Spear’s that his clients value his discretion, availability and honesty, and the fact that he makes sure to tell them when they have a bad case, ‘as well as whether they’ve got a good case’.
