In tough times, Becky Fatemi’s instinct is to push harder. 

Now a partner at Sotheby’s International Realty – after selling her property agency Rokstone to property tycoon George Azar – she has continued to perform strongly despite challenging conditions in the property market. 

It’s proof, Fatemi believes, that hard work, tenacity, encyclopaedic local knowledge and going the extra mile for clients leads to success. The fruits of her labours are the multi-million-pound prices she secures; in the first six months of 2024, Fatemi sold in excess of £268 million. 

Fatemi was also named as a diversity ambassador by the Luxury Property Forum, recognising her pioneering work while leading Rokstone. ‘I [was] the only woman of colour with a shopfront in prime central London,’ she explained.
