Hayley Robinson was recruited in 2016 to bolster Weatherbys’ expansion when it opened its Edinburgh office. The former Bank of Scotland adviser has since been tasked with further enhancing the private bank’s operations in Scotland.

A notable moment in Robinson’s career was her work on the Lanrick Estate. The 1,500-acre property had been in the same family since 1904, but the owners were struggling with inflexible lenders when Robinson and the Weatherbys team stepped in to finance the estate.

Robinson’s approach emulates Weatherbys’ core client values. ‘The bigger picture is looked at, taking a long-term view with trust, agility and flexibility applied to make an informed decision … made by people not machines,’ the firm says.
