Helen Curtis-Goulding is a partner and head of the residential property department at Fladgate, where she specialises in a range of complex real estate matters relating to prime and super-prime properties.

She advises a broad client base, which includes private banks and lending institutions, on onshore and offshore transactions, as well as boutique developers looking to secure option agreements, site acquisitions, and development and mezzanine funding. ‘The varied nature of the asset class and differing types of investor make acting on these transactions both challenging and rewarding in equal measures,’ she says.

Curtis-Goulding began her legal career as a paralegal at Clyde & Co before training at Seddons. She worked at Mishcon de Reya as a managing associate before joining Fladgate in 2018.
