Simon Goldring specialises in trust litigation, as well as will and estate disputes, both onshore and offshore, advising HNWs, trustees and beneficiaries. He also regularly advises on commercial disputes, including fraud, partnership and minority shareholder actions, tax litigation and IP disputes.

Goldring was previously a partner at Maurice Turnor Gardner, but left the firm in late 2023 to join Fladgate. The emerging high-flyer is also the co-founder and co-chair of the Contentious Trusts Association, which now has more than 750 members, and chairs the Trusts in Litigation annual conference. He previously administered a UK trust corporation for a number of years and has acted as in-house counsel, providing commercial contracts advice.
