Rowland King has been selling homes for more than two decades, becoming head of Chelsea sales at Chestertons in 2016. There he expanded his remit to encompass the broad, grand streets of Knightsbridge and Belgravia – as well as the firm’s private client offering.

He oversaw some of Chesterton's biggest deals, including the lion’s share of £4 million-plus sales. While client-facing, the property broker was also tasked with the responsibility of increasing the firm's market share. 

In 2025, he joined Sotheby's International Realty as a sales director; here he will use his expertise in prime central London to continue to grow the firm’s network of UHNW clients, family offices, trusts and other key stakeholders.
