Rothschild & Co managing director Peter Hindle moved over from Credit Suisse in 2015 to set up and grow the firm’s wealth management business across north-west England.

He typically works with entrepreneurs and their families to manage and preserve their wealth. ‘They might have had private equity backing and realised wealth from a number of transactions, or are family-owned businesses where the current generation wants to realise the value and exit,’ Hindle tells Spear’s.

The former corporate solicitor emphasises the importance of encouraging clients to think about long-term investment and wealth planning strategies. He notes: ‘We guide them to use the wealth they’ve generated to reach the goals that are the most important to them; to achieve their individual objectives and the things they are passionate about.’
