She manages investment portfolios for large UK and international private families and charities. While ‘no two clients are the same’, most of her clients are looking to preserve wealth as well as grow it in real terms.

Leppard is head of client service for Cazenove’s UK wealth management business and is intimately connected with her clients’ lives and financial legacies. She says: ‘We get to know clients well, learn what keeps them awake at night and what inspires them during the day.’

Every client is assigned a team, chosen by Leppard, to suit their requirements and personalities. ‘My role is [to be] the senior member of every one of those teams.’
