He notes that his ability to predict, comprehend and manage the needs of his clients has been cultivated through diverse work experiences at multiple advisory firms. This includes positions at PwC and Barclays. 

Formerly head of the Scotland office, Hair is an advocate for bolstering the country’s entrepreneurial spirit and has stated that the firm is well positioned to support the needs of entrepreneurs, particularly when their families’ wealth has been looked after by the Cazenove team. ‘It’s a bit like being a guide on a mountain,’ he says. ‘We know all of the paths, not just those well travelled.’
