Based in Cheltenham, Williams advises clients in London and across the rest of the UK on tax, estate and succession planning, ‘including passing assets to the next generation tax-efficiently while retaining proper provision and control for the current generation’.
With a focus on the countryside and country estates, Williams has particular expertise advising landowners who are engaging in natural capital and biodiversity net-gain planning structures. ‘I much enjoy helping my clients plot a course through thorny issues in this evolving sector,’ he says.
