With cases becoming ever more complex and difficult, especially where there are assets dispersed across jurisdictions, Green is conscious to tailor her approach to each client in order to really understand the nuances of a case. She tells Spear’s: ‘It’s very bespoke ... in terms of availability of communications, understanding when we are available to speak, turnaround of documents and accuracy of documents.

‘You don’t want clients to feel that: “Yes, we’ve been there, done that”.... We very much get to know the client and what their drivers are,’ she says.
