Simon Webster’s practice at 1 Hare Court focuses on large and complex financial remedy cases, typically with an international profile and cross-border jurisdiction issues. He also specialises in financial claims on behalf of children (Schedule 1), claims concerning property ownership after relationship breakdown, and disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act.
