Broadfield's Helen Ratcliffe advises clients from offshore trust jurisdictions, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and the US.

Her advice focuses in particular on all issues of estate planning, asset protection, tax planning and succession, with clients’ affairs typically spread across multiple jurisdictions. She has acted for UHNW/HNW individuals, as well as trustees of landed estates and heritage properties.

Given the international nature of her client base, Ratcliffe has significant experience of advising on the Common Reporting Standard, persons of significant control, the UK trust register, beneficial property ownership and the requirement to correct. As well as her busy advisory and structuring practice, she also undertakes more contentious work.
