Mary-Anne Daly is the chief executive, wealth management at Schroders and Cazenove Capital.

A veteran of JPMorgan Chase, ING and Baring Asset Management (now Barings), Daly joined Cazenove Capital in 2002 and has led the combined wealth management businesses of Schroders and Cazenove since the latter’s takeover by Schroders in 2013. Daly also oversees the wealth management offices in the Channel Islands, Switzerland and Singapore.

Daly is Chief Executive, Wealth Management at Schroders, and is a member of the Group's Executive Committee. She is also Chief Executive of Cazenove Capital, the Schroders subsidiary serving ultra-high net worth clients and charities in the UK, and chairs the Group's wealth management entities in Guernsey, Switzerland, and Singapore.

In recent years, Mary-Anne has overseen Cazenove Capital's regional expansion across the UK and led its two acquisitions in the family office sector, Sandaire and Whitley Asset Management.

Mary-Anne joined Cazenove Capital in 2001. Previously, she headed Baring Asset Management's Private Wealth business in London and led the Paris office before that. She spent seven years in corporate finance at Baring Brothers, having started her career at Chase Manhattan Bank. Mary-Anne graduated from University College, London University, with a degree in Economics. She is a native French and Italian speaker.
