Wealth manager Evelyn Partners was created from the merger of Tilney and Smith & Williamson in 2020. The rebranded group – a reference to Evelyn Gardens, the 1893 London address of one of the founders of the business – had £68.6 billion of assets under management as of 31 December 2025.

With 21 offices in the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland, Evelyn Partners serves HNW and UHNW individuals and their families, entrepreneurs, charities and professional intermediaries. Personal wealth management services include financial planning, investment management and advice, personal tax advice and, through Bestinvest, an online platform for self-directed investors. 

In early 2026, it was announced that UK banking giant NatWest Group would acquire Evelyn in a £2.7 billion deal, creating a group with a combined AuM of £128 billion.
