Ben Glassman, managing partner and head of the family and divorce team at Evelyn Partners, specialises in providing tailored advice to divorcing clients pre- and post-settlement of financial disputes. This can include looking at the tax implications of a settlement, identifying the true value of investments and advising on pension sharing orders.

‘The client is at the very centre of what we’re trying to do,’ says Glassman. ‘We’re not looking to sell any products or investments; I’m thinking solely about putting together the right team to assist this particular individual.’ 

Many of Glassman’s HNW clients have complex wealth structures, and are internationally minded with material ties to the UK. He is on hand to put their best interests at heart. ‘We try and make it as much like a family office as we can,’ he says.
