Keir Waddell is a highly respected figure in London’s luxury real estate market, known for his extensive experience and exclusive clientele. With a career spanning over two decades, Waddell has worked with UHNW individuals, law firms and family offices, advising on the most prestigious developments in prime central London.

Based in Strutt & Parker’s flagship Knightsbridge and Belgravia office on Sloane Street, Waddell was appointed head of London new homes sales at Strutt & Parker in 2022, overseeing landmark projects such as The OWO Residences by Raffles in Whitehall, and became head of the firm’s private client department in early 2025.

Prior to joining Strutt & Parker, Waddell spent years at Knight Frank, where he led the King’s Cross office and Battersea and Riverside operations, becoming the firm’s youngest-ever partner.
