Strutt & Parker senior director Lulu Egerton serves an international clientele that ranges from establishment figures to Sunday Times Rich List billionaires. Egerton has previously spoken of the firm’s mandate with two of London’s most sought-after developments, The OWO and The Peninsula Residences. ‘I think if you’re a brand-new development you’re doing better than a second-hand development where you’re doing resales,’ she said. ‘That’s always the challenge.’
