Called to the Bar in England and Wales, and Hong Kong, Todd has also advocated in the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands, typically representing HNW clients in complex family matters. A long list of recorded cases include the Supreme Court cases of Radmacher v Granatino [2010] and Petrodel Resources Ltd et al v Prest [2013].

Aside from his private practice at 1 Hare Court, Todd is a deputy High Court judge and a recorder. He has lectured on topics including ‘big money’ cases, entitlements arrangements, trust arrangements and nuptial contracts.
