Spear’s Review

The aptly named Kirstie Law has been practising family law since 1995. She is a mediator and collaborative lawyer as well as a solicitor, and ‘makes it a priority to establish at the outset the best means of resolving a family’s issues’.

As a partner at Thomson Snell & Passmore, Law specialises in a range of family law issues, including divorce, children matters, all financial aspects of a relationship breakdown, family mediation, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Law is a member of Resolution, and chairs the West Kent and East Sussex Collaborative Law Group, which she founded.

Between June 2018 and March 2020, Law presented a fortnightly legal issues show for BBC Radio Kent. She has since guested regularly on other programmes, commentating on various family law issues.
