Looking after a range of HNW individuals and families, Nicola Brant has a particular specialisation in estate planning – breaking down for clients the different challenges around trusts, inheritance tax, asset protection and wills. She also works with businesses and charities, and can advise on the setting up and administration of philanthropic initiatives.
The Thomson Snell & Passmore partner, who heads up the firm’s estates, tax and succession department, trained at the firm at the turn of the millennium before working at Farrer & Co, Thomas Eggar and Pemberton Greenish.
A regular commentator on tax issues in the national press, Brant previously served as a panellist on BBC Radio 4’s Money Box.
