Alex Montgomery

Alex Montgomery is an accomplished senior client adviser who joined James Hambro in 2021 to establish, build and lead the firm’s Edinburgh office. 

Montgomery started his career as a solicitor and then moved into wealth management after he acquired the necessary CISI qualifications. He was previously the CEO of Tcam Asset Management, where he oversaw their integration with Seven Investment Management in 2018. 

Montgomery told Spear’s that he enjoys getting to know his clients so he can help them achieve the outcomes that really matter. 

He explained: ‘This is very often about providing the reassurance that everything is under control, which gives them the confidence to get on and live their lives.’
