Tess Wilkinson, director of education services at Henley & Partners, draws upon her 25 years of experience in teaching and education consultancy to advise international HNWs on the correct schools, universities and pedagogy for their children.

The firm is best known for its relocation services but is increasingly expanding into concierge, education and general HNW advice. Wilkinson helps families relocate and secure school placements for their children, while also assisting students to obtain both a degree and residency in the country where they study.

She also coordinates specialist ‘counsellors’ across jurisdictions and age groups, including a SEN team based in the Middle East that can support neurodivergent children. 

‘Fundamentally, the core of our ethos is that there is the right education institution for each child,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘Our job is to talk to their child and get a holistic overview of their academics, passions, sports, arts, what they love doing and what their aspirations are, to find that right fit for them.’
