Since joining Lincoln Private Investment Office in 2022, Tom Braithwaite has amassed a client base consisting largely of financial services professionals, as well as entrepreneurs and multigenerational wealth holders, who often have international considerations.

All Lincoln advisers invest their own money into the same portfolios as their clients, which Braithwaite says encourages trust ‘from day one’. He adds that he intentionally manages a small number of clients, in order to fully understand their wants and needs, as well as to develop and grow with them over the long term.

As well as managing wealth on behalf of his clients, Braithwaite also sits on the alternatives and discretionary investment committees at Lincoln. Since 2026, he has served as chairman of the Lincoln Private Investment Office charitable trust, leading Lincoln’s philanthropic endeavours.
