Dipali Maldonado, a partner at Dubai-based legal firm Al Tamimi & Company, advises some of the MENA region’s most complex families, including local Emirati households and expatriates, as well as family offices navigating succession planning, wealth structuring and high-stakes court cases. With an approach that combines strategic foresight with practical legal precision, she translates complex legal frameworks unique to the Middle East into outcomes that protect both family legacies and individual interests.

She co-chairs Al Tamimi’s India desk, reflecting her extensive work with non-resident Indian clients, and is a frequent speaker and contributor to international forums, conferences and publications on private wealth and succession.
