Will Watson joined Knight Frank’s independent property buying arm, The Buying Solution, in 2019 to lead the London team, and became head of the firm in 2024.

He serves an international and domestic client base that values independent advice when buying residential property in London. A deft adviser, Watson specialises in purchasing prime residential properties – many off market – and is proud of the level of service he is able to provide to a small number of private clients, backed by Knight Frank’s global reputation.

Watson has worked in the prime central London property market for nearly 25 years, and began his career as a selling agent for Winkworth in South Kensington before moving on to Savills, Strutt & Parker and Middleton Advisers.
