Recently, she has found an increased interest in properties that have guest accommodation on the grounds. 'I'm seeing a lot more people who are saying, “I want a country property that I can entertain in and have friends and family over for the weekend or summer,”' she says.

A lifelong rider, Watters has carved a niche helping clients who require purpose-built equestrian properties. 'It's my passion, so it's great to be able to combine that side and property,' she tells Spear's. She has worked with professional riders, polo players, stud farmers and international teams relocating to the area.
