Katherine Watters is a partner in The Buying Solution’s southern home counties office, bringing 25 years of experience in the Surrey and West Sussex prime country property market.

Whilst much of her focus is working with buyers in the prime country house market, her riding background has led to a specialism in equestrian property. ‘It’s my passion, so it’s great to be able to combine that side and property,’ she tells Spear’s. This expertise allows Watters to give precise advice on purpose-built equestrian properties.

As a part of the wider Buying Solution team, she is responsible for their southern home counties operation and is able to work closely with the London office, but her strong connections with former clients have meant an increase in word-of-mouth referrals. ‘Everything is built on trust,’ she says.
