As a native Londoner who has been working in prime property in Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea for more than 35 years, Eastwood knows the ground he covers intimately. This knowledge, paired with his black book of property connections, means he is able to expertly navigate the world of off-market sales.

His reputation as unfailingly discreet also rings true, as Eastwood remains tight-lipped when asked to name some big recent deals. It’s no wonder that his clients return for future transactions; he notes that he now works with the adult children of some of his earliest clients.
