Commercial litigator Hannah Blom-Cooper  is a civil fraud litigation specialist at Greenberg Traurig. ‘I’m generally bringing or defending claims for individuals and their corporate vehicles, which involve some sort of allegation of misconduct,’ she tells Spear’s.

The partner describes herself as ‘quite comfortable in the insolvency space’, and is often the first person to contact for clients who have received a communication from the insolvency service initiating action against them. The cases she works on, she adds, might not have an immediate high monetary value but will often involve huge reputational risk, which justifies mounting a strong defence.

Blom-Cooper joined Greenberg Traurig as part of a move with several of her colleagues from Mishcon de Reya in 2021.
