Rachel Freeman

A collaboratively trained lawyer, Rachel Freeman’s practice at Burgess Mee comprises all aspects of private family work, including financial settlements upon divorce, disputes in relation to children, proceedings between unmarried couples, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has particular experience in dealing with complex financial proceedings upon divorce, including in international cases.

As an Anglo-French expert, Freeman is used to working on cases with a French aspect – such as spouses looking to relocate to France with their children. Clients, meanwhile, praise her emotionally sensitive approach, her integrity and her impressive knowledge.

Outside of her practice, Freeman is an active member of Resolution's drafting committee.
