Past president of the British Society of Cutaneous Allergy and past secretary of the European Society of Contact Dermatitis, Dr David Orton is a distinguished figure in the fields of dermatology and allergy.

Having operated a private practice since 2017, he now sees patients at the skin health and allergy department of OneWelbeck, one of London’s most prestigious private clinics. Here he specialises in general adult dermatology, focusing on conditions related to allergies such as eczema, food allergy, urticaria and angioedema. 

He has been published widely in peer-reviewed journals, is the author of the allergic contact dermatitis chapter in the 10th edition of Rook’s Textbook of Dermatology and was awarded a fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians in 2005.
