A partner at Macfarlanes, Nicholas Harries is experienced in matters relating to tax, trusts, estates and succession planning. He also leads the firm’s charity and philanthropy practice, which the company says spans multiple sectors, including education, healthcare and sustainable development.

He supports both private clients and corporations, and advises on charity-related issues such as mergers, investments, litigation and the overarching responsibilities of charity trustees.
