Tax partner Karen Clark joined RSM in 1997 after spending a decade as a tax adviser at EY. Unusually, it was early on in her career that she began working with HNWs, advising them on their personal tax affairs. At EY, her client roster included ‘high-profile entertainers and sportsmen’. 

Now at RSM, she sits at the helm of the private client tax team in London where, she says, ‘a large part of my time is spent advising non-UK domiciled individuals’. She also specialises in UK and offshore trusts, and inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.

Clark is a chartered accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax.
