A qualified chartered tax adviser, Pullen joined RSM in the summer of 2024 after spending 10 years at Blick Rothenberg, where he had built a busy practice advising HNWs on personal tax matters. This included assisting non-domiciled individuals in structuring their investments to preserve wealth for future generations. His expertise also stretches to offshore trusts and their associated tax issues.

Pullen contributes regularly to the specialist and national press on personal tax and is a fixture at events and seminars on the topic.
