Pictet Wealth Management’s UK CEO Robert Suss joined the firm in 2021 after time spent pursuing ‘entrepreneurial endeavours’ after a stellar career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 18 years and was the head of its private wealth business in London. 

After leaving Goldman, he served as the director of businesses in the finance, energy and climate technology sectors, during which time he was approached by other competitors in the private banking space. But, he has said, it was Pictet’s ‘air of mystery’ which drew him to the firm above others.  

Pictet Wealth Management – present in the UK since 1980 – has £245 billion in assets under management as of end-June 2025, 22 offices worldwide and nearly 600 investment professionals who help private clients and family offices build their businesses, protect, grow and manage their wealth and preserve it for future generations.
