Very few property brokers have eight-figure deals tied to their name – Beauchamp Estates boss Gary Hersham is one of them. In 2020, the stalwart of the Spear's property indices brokered what was then said to be Britain's most expensive home: a 45-room property on Rutland Gate, which reportedly sold to Chinese billionaire Cheung Chung-kiu for over £200 million.
With more than 40 years in the game and fluent in eight languages, Hersham is a true property specialist and is as dedicated to his work as ever.
Hersham notes his and his team's ability to work within particularly tight timeframes, noting one recent south-west London transaction which was particularly urgent. 'It was under three weeks from the time the client first viewed the property to when the sale was completed.'
