Alongside managing director Jeremy Gee, Chris Tinkler has spearheaded the lettings offer at Mayfair-based Beauchamp Estates.
Tinkler has over a decade of experience in the super-prime space, having spent time at Chestertons as well as with a multi-family office before joining Beauchamp Estates in 2024. The agency has distinguished itself as a leader in lettings, and has facilitated, among other 2025 highlights, a £22,000 per week tenancy despite a turbulent property market.
‘Demand at the super-prime end of the lettings market has strengthened considerably, driven by high-net-worth households opting to rent while putting purchase decisions on hold,’ Tinkler wrote in a recent article.
