The Hottinger family name has been continuously active in financial services since 1786. Initially a private bank, the firm now operates on a platform created in 2016 by a group of shareholders and executives with ‘a shared vision’ to establish an international multi-family private office.  

In its current form Hottinger provides investment management as well as financial, corporate advisory and concierge services, helping UHNW families ‘achieve stability, harmony and financial security today and for future generations’. 

Operating at the intersection of family, business and finance, the firm works with families to agree the long-term objectives for their investments, devise an overarching investment strategy, allocate and deploy their capital, and regularly analyse performance. It also can facilitate portfolio lending and, via the Hottinger Investment Circle, private investment opportunities. 

Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK and registered with the Securities Exchange Commission in the US, Hottinger is also equipped to advise US-connected clients.
