Hannah Aykroyd launched the firm, based in Kensington, in 2018; she and her team draw on an impressive track record and extensive network to help clients navigate a ‘complex and competitive’ London market. 

Aykroyd & Co emphasises its ‘discreet, holistic’ approach to search and acquisitions, which allows it to quietly source properties off-market and under the radar for its discerning clientele; it says 80 per cent of properties purchased are off-market acquisitions.
