Aykroyd & Co has access to a black book of UHNW clients who value the firm’s discretion, Leefe tells Spear’s. ‘We know [clients] want to be under the radar.’

Thus, Leefe takes a client-led approach and argues that ‘building that relationship is key’ in order to source the best properties. ‘When a client comes to us with a brief in Notting Hill, of course a large part of that [approach] is unearthing the best house in Notting Hill. But it’s then giving them the confidence and empowering them to know what to pay for that property based on data and fact, rather than marketing prices.’
