Headquartered in New York, London and Sydney, Sodali & Co serves more than 2,000 clients in 70 countries, across three practice areas: shareholder services, governance and sustainability, and strategic communications.  

The strategic communications arm offers reputation advisory around corporate communications, crisis and special situations, financial and transaction communications, investor relations, public affairs and campaigns, and brand and design.
